It will discuss how handwashing improves public health and if there are any risks associated with handwashing. It will cover the different types of things people can use to wash their hands. It discusses different alternatives people can use when traditional handwashing is impossible. The essay also covers how handwashing is used in medical environments. Higher Education Labor Rights Faculty Tenure
...Government Tenure refers to a legally secure position, an “indefinite appointment” at an institute of higher learning (AAUP, 2019, p. 1). Of course, extenuating circumstances may enable the educational institution to sever the contract and terminate the tenured faculty. One of those extenuating circumstances would be financial exigency: an unavoidable and unfortunate situation in which the institution experiences severe budget shortfalls and must completely reconsider reallocating resources in order to remain viable at all. A similar extenuating circumstance that may legally permit the termination of a tenured faculty member would be the restructuring of the institution to the degree that whole departments were eliminated, thus eliminating all associated faculty within that department. Other extenuating circumstances that would legally permit the institution to terminate tenured faculty would be serious legal or ethical violations. Otherwise, though, tenured faculty enjoy greater job security and benefits versus their non-tenured colleagues.

Equine Viral Arteritis

Equine viral arteritis (EVA) is defined by Timoney (2019) in the Merck Veterinary Manual as “an acute, contagious, viral disease of equids caused by equine arteritis virus (EAV).” EAV is also known as Epizootic cellulitis-pinkeye, Equine typhoid, and Rotlaufseuche (Timoney, 2019). The virus can cause symptoms of fever, conjunctivitis, depression, anorexia, nasal discharge, skin rash, subfertility in stallions, and death on young foals and abortion in mares (Price, Rentsch, Burn & Spector, 1998).
The etiology of EVA starts with respiratory exposure: the virus invades the respiratory tract, where it then proceeds to duplicate itself in the tonsillar tissue and nasopharyngeal epithelium, as well as in bronchial macrophages (Timoney, 2019). Cells infected by EVA then transmit the virus to the lymph nodes, resulting in further multiplication of the virus and ultimate release into the carrier’s blood stream. My business proposal is to start (re-start) the coffee-shop/restaurant that once existed in Walker Theatre (it was then named “The Coffee Pot”). The Madam Walker Theatre was named after Madam C. J. Sarah Breedlove Walker, an African-American entrepreneur who specialized in hair care and beauty products that were manufactured and sold in the building that now serves as her namesake. She developed and initiated plans for the building to be built and after her death in 1919 the completion of the project fell to her daughter A’Leila Walker. The building opened in 1927 and served as both the headquarters for the Madam C. J. In Favor of BDS (Anecdote)
As an individual with friends in Palestine, I have heard the stories and seen firsthand the immoral acts committed by Israel against the Palestinian people in Gaza and in the West Bank. I have seen the bulldozed homes, the illegal Israeli settlements, the victims of Israeli aggression, the loved ones buried—killed by soldiers or burned and murdered by Israel’s use of white phosphorous, which others have also reported on (Kaposi, 2016). The BDS Movement is a movement that aims to draw attention to these crimes and to hold Israel accountable. It aims to put pressure on the state—economically—so that the state begins to realize the enormity of its crimes and makes amends.
