As an intern at the legal department of Greene’s Jewelry Wholesale, I am convinced that the company does indeed have significant strengths in as far as its legal claim is concerned. This is more so the case given that Jennifer Lawson did indeed sign a confidentiality agreement whereby she made a commitment to keep any information gathered relating to the creation of Ever-Gold secret. It is important to note that she never signed a ‘not to compete’ agreement. When wintertime comes, most people are excited to get out, do some holiday shopping, visit relatives, and enjoy the holidays. However, there is always the risk at this time of year of catching a bug—aka a virus. The most common fear is of catching the flu virus, which is why flu vaccines are advertised around every corner at this time. Yet, there is another virus that people do not consider so much—and, unfortunately, it is related to food—which is especially worrisome, given that Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s all fall during the same season when the norovirus is most likely to strike. In fact, given that these social holidays are all packed tight into the winter season festivities, that is one reason the norovirus is so likely to hit so many at this time.

Efforts to contain the spread were varied and had mixed results, but Coronavirus eventually hit the United States and began to spread locally.
