Lifestyle Red Flags of Fraud Perpetrators
Introduction
As the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (2010) points out, the average fraud perpetrator has—like David L. Miller—no prior fraud convictions. The offender is typically in the 30 to 45 years age range and is more likely to be male than female. Both of these characteristic profile traits fit Miller to a “t”. Moreover, four out of five fraud perpetrators are likely to work in the accounting department of an organization, again just like David L. Miller. And as the perpetrator ages so too does the level of fraud increase in terms of losses (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, 2010)—again just like with the case of David L. Miller. This paper will analyze the case of David L. Miller and show why he fits the profile of a fraud perpetrator well and why companies tend not to press charges against people like him.……

Latino families in USA and COVID 19
Latino families in the US are being hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic scare that has put most of the country on lockdown for more than two months. The problems that Latinos face are numerous: on the one hand, the virus is impacting the health of this community in a big way, with 16.6% of U.S. COVID-19 deaths being among Latinos, according to data from the CDC (Despres). But they are also being hit economically as the lockdown is affecting their ability to do business, which is largely dependent upon contractual work, restaurant work, hotel work and other service-related jobs (Manuel et al.). Because the service industry has been decimated by the lockdown, Latino communities are losing jobs, getting pay cuts, and being sidelined from work. Congestive heart failure (CHF) is one of the major cardiovascular diseases with high global incidence and prevalence in the United States. While numerous advances in evidence-based medical therapy continues to occur, congestive heart failure remains a major problem as it results in significant burden of mortality, morbidity, and costs. The United States has a prevalence of 5.8 million individuals with the condition and more than 960,000 cases annually. It is estimated that approximately one million hospitalizations linked to congestive heart failure occur annually. Most of these hospitalizations arise from worsened congestion among already diagnosed patients. The United States spends approximately $32.7 billion on congestive heart failure annually. As noted from the department of health and human services, “More than 80% of adults do not meet the guidelines for both aerobic and muscle-strengthening activities, and more than 80% of adolescents do not do enough aerobic physical activity to meet the guidelines for youth (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, 2010).” A healthy physical lifestyle leads to a more active and productive life. As a result, I have decided to under take a new fitness regiment to improvement my overall standard of life. In addition, I am looking to build more confidence in myself and my appearance.

Performance Situation at Work for an Interview
The interview setting for this performance situation is meeting room at the workplace where I am interviewing. Three people are conducting the interview: two are department heads and one is the HR manager. Each is looking at me in a way that makes me very uncomfortable, as I feel that no matter what happens I am going to be judged on superficial criteria that will not actually reflect my true level of commitment, motivation, or work ethic.

There is a strong rift between the two and little sense of common ground. Much of this rise has come on the heels of the rise in social media use, which allows individuals to promote their views to the rest of the world in a way that was literally unheard of prior to the digital revolution (Freberg, Graham, McGaughey & Freberg, 2011). CDC Guideline For Prescribing Opioids For Chronic Pain
Introduction
From the year 1999 to 2014, the number of prescription opioids in the USA quadrupled. However, even with such an increase, there was no evidence of a reduction of pain the patients experienced. Instead, the number of deaths that resulted from overdoses of opioids increased in the same ratio as the increase in prescription figures. The Center for Disease Control provides safety guidelines for the prescription of opioids for pain alleviation in persons aged 18 years and above, in settings outside medical care facilities such as palliative care centers, and end of life care points(CDC, 2016). This paper provides a summary of the CDC guidelines on the prescription of opioids for chronic pain relief and a regime plan for opioids as APRN.

How the Quakers Opposed the Detainment of Japanese Americans during WWII
The American Friends Service Committee (AFSC), the co-beneficiary of the Nobel Peace Prize in 1947, was established in Philadelphia by individuals from the Religious Society of Friends (i.e., the Quakers) in Spring 1917. The link between AFSC and the Religious Society of Friends was always tenuous, as the activism of the organization was something universal that many non-Quakers around the world could celebrate, while the actual tenets of Quakerism were not nearly as popular as the peace movement that the Religious Society of Friends took part in. Initially, the goals of the committee were limited; however, over the 20th century, the AFSC embraced pacifism and began taking part in the fight for peace (Ingle, 2016).
