...Personal goals Introduction
The growth of big data has had significant transformative effects on several industries including technology, agriculture, health, education, and finance. Over the past decade, the number of humans using smartphones has increased tremendously and this has created a big pool of user data as smartphone users stamp their digital footprint all over the web. The electronic data collected as a result of these activities yield Big Data that provide valuable insights to decision-makers looking for data points to inform their decision processes. The growth of Big Data has necessitated the development of computer algorithms and tools that can analyze the data at scale. Good analysis and interpretation of the data allow organizations to ‘co-create’ solutions alongside their target users and create new value that is highly tailored to the needs of the market (Turner, Schroeck & Shockley, 2013).
The financial services sector is one of the industries that have……

...Personal goals Sharif Hussein Ibn Saud and the Fall of the Ottoman Empire
Introduction
The Ottoman Empire was served by a strong military and centralized political structure, but with territory that stretched into both the East and the West, the Ottoman Empire was also greatly served by its geography and the diversity of this realm. At the heart of its rule was the power of Mecca and the religious significance Mecca held for the Muslims. The relationship among the Ottomans, the Arabs, the Egyptian Ibrahim Pasha and his Sons, the Sharif of Mecca and Ibn Saud in Central Arabia all contributed to the strength of the Ottoman Empire. This paper will examine these relationships, the geographical and diverse characteristics of the Empire and the role that Mecca played in holding it all together. Ultimately it will show that the Ottomans lost the Empire as a result of turmoil among radical factions in……

...Personal goals Same Sex Marriage and Ethics
Sexual Morality
Matters of sex may appear innate, but it has been demonstrated over time that sex has evolved over the ages, just like other aspects of life. Studies show that orientations, sexual identities, and the knowledge of physiology have been shaped by historical forces. As opposed to being intrinsic, human sexuality is influenced by a range of factors, including the food one eats, social class, family systems, and psychological theories. As opposed to being segregated and split into small privacies of people's lives, sexuality has also influenced people's lives in turn. Indeed, it has had a strong influence on governance systems to worship styles. When mass society developed in the course of the war, it gave rise to liberal sexual culture. Democracy took root after the war and made governments more accountable to the people they controlled on social and political matters. Consequently, changes……

...Personal goals Food & The Environment
Summary
Globalization has an impact on all aspects of our lives from the environment to food. Foods that are produced in one country are a favorite in another country. This has resulted in food like quinoa being a favorite for health fanatics (Yu, 01/22/2019). However, this has led to quinoa not being readily available to the local community as they cannot afford to buy it yet it is their staple grain. Bolivia has a good climate for the growth of the grain and this means that a majority of farmers have planted the grain for export to Western countries making it scarce and pricey for the locals to buy. Globalization has led to food from different cultures and countries to be enjoyed in other countries. Nowadays, we find whole cuisines being available in different countries across the globe and people can enjoy the variety of food……

...Personal goals Summary
Globalization has opened up international markets for almost all good including sex trade. It has also made it easy for traffickers to move women from one country to another and force them to join the sex trade. According to Brewer (2009), with the increasingly integrated world economy has allowed human trafficking to thrive. Human trafficking thrives since the perpetrators make use of well-organized criminal syndicates that use an array of complex and evasive tactics to evade the law. Money is channeled back to the country through elaborate money-laundering schemes using underground banks. Prostitution has now become a globalized commodity with women being forced to partake in the trade against their wishes (Watson, June 18, 2009). The perpetrates lure the women with the promise of jobs and a lucrative life and they entice them to come to a foreign country. When the women arrive their passports and return tickets are……

Today, the nursing profession is under unprecedented pressures to deliver high quality patient-centered care in the wake of the ongoing global coronavirus pandemic. In far too many instances, nurses are being overwhelmed on the front lines of patient care, and it may be weeks or even months before the peak of the pandemic is fully experienced. Against this backdrop, identifying ways that professional nurses can help achieve this goal by assuming appropriate leadership roles has assumed new importance and relevance. To determine the facts, the purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the relevant literature, including the student handbook, to describe the importance of leadership for professional nursing practice. Finally, a summary of the research and important findings about professional nursing practice and leadership are presented in the paper’s conclusion.
