...Issues A Self Care Plan for Preventing Burnout at Work
Abstract/Summary
An action plan is a way to establish a step-by-step guide for oneself to follow in order to achieve a goal. The main goal for this action plan is self-care. There are six areas of self-care that this action plan focuses on: physical, emotional, cognitive, social, financial and spiritual. The action plan identifies three sub goals within each area and describes the steps that I will take to reach those goals. This specific action plan was chosen to prevent me from becoming burned out at work. Self-care is important as psychologists and even the bible have shown. This paper provides support for the plan using scholarly sources, books, and other reference material, and the action plan shows why the goals and steps described are helpful in my self-care plan.

As an intern at the legal department of Greene’s Jewelry Wholesale, I am convinced that the company does indeed have significant strengths in as far as its legal claim is concerned. This is more so the case given that Jennifer Lawson did indeed sign a confidentiality agreement whereby she made a commitment to keep any information gathered relating to the creation of Ever-Gold secret. It is important to note that she never signed a ‘not to compete’ agreement. This, however, has no connection to the issue at hand because Jennifer has not necessarily established an enterprise that seeks to compete with Greene’s Jewelry. On the other hand, when it comes to the legal defense of the company, it would be prudent to note that Greene’s Jewelry position would be weak. Distribution strategies refer to techniques of services/goods dissemination to end customers. Adoption of the ideal distribution technique for one’s organization forms the key when it comes to generating revenue and ensuring client loyalty. Several organizations opt for several distribution techniques to cater to diverse end-customer bases. Logistical aspects have always contributed strategically to the organizational business. Within the context of wholesalers and retailers, such organizations go beyond the areas of transportation and inventory management for including one among the most crucial components of organizational success—location relative to supply sources or end-customer markets. When it comes to producers, logistics is concerned with basic aspects like manufacturing unit location, customer service quality/standards, and raw material sourcing. When it comes to monarchies, much of the modern world has rejected them, though the West used to be ruled by monarchs. Today, monarchs thrive in the Middle East, particularly in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where a monarchical system of government has enabled the UAE to bring stability and leadership.
