Introduction: What is Level Five Leadership?
Level Five Leadership is a concept developed by Jim Collins in the book Good to Great. Level Five Leaders are top notch leaders: they are the greats who make big things happen. They are ones about whom books are written. They are the ones who leave the biggest shoes to fill when they are gone.
Collins describes five levels of leadership. This paper will briefly discuss the four levels that precede the top level. Then it will define what it means to be a Level Five Leader and will provide some examples of Level Five Leadership that can be found in the world today.

Today, the notion of what factors comprise a good character for humans is undergoing some profoundly significant challenges as the nation’s top leadership struggles to respond to the ongoing Covid-19 global pandemic in an honest and forthright fashion. Moreover, the demographic composition of the United States and many other Western nations has experienced significant changes in recent years, introducing a number of cross-cultural factors that are used to define good character. Against this backdrop, it is important for individuals to apply their critical thinking skills to develop their own conceptualization of character. To this end, the purpose of this paper is to provide a list of six fundamental pillars of character: integrity, dependability, responsible, patriotic, open-minded and considerate of others. Introduction
Efficient leadership constitutes the main force resulting in ethical culture formation and bolstered ethicality in making decisions (Ferrell & Fraedrich, 2015). The term leadership denotes intrinsic capability of commanding and leading other people towards any specified goal. The process of leadership entails formulation of a vision and ideas, adopting and sticking to values which support the aforementioned visions, engaging in tricky decision-making whenever needed, and utilizing one's innate charisma for inspiring followers to also stick to those values. Sound leadership aids companies with vision creation that serves as the basis for corporate values.
