Market Analysis
St. Lucia is a small market, with a population of 166,000 people and a GDP per capita of $14,400 (CIA World Factbook, 2020). This makes it a relatively weak market for fast food, and there are only a few outlets in the entire country, and none for McDonalds. There is potential, however, in Castries, and in tourist areas such as Rodney Bay, or near the airport in Vieux Fort. How much potential the market had is up for debate, as locals do not eat much beef, and this was responsible for the downfall of McDonalds in Barbados and Jamaica recently (Patrick, 2020). Furthermore, the pandemic has suppressed demand for all restaurants in St. Lucia. Other outlets like KFC have barely a foothold in the country. That said, McDonalds is motivated to figure out the Caribbean market, because there is opportunity if it can figure out……

At any point in time but especially during periods of social and political unrest, American citizens look to law enforcement authorities to provide them with the informed guidance and support they need to navigate their ways through these challenging times successfully. It is therefore incumbent upon law enforcement agencies at every level to create an organizational culture that places a high priority of ethical policing practices and to develop ethical leaders that can model the way for their subordinates. To this end, the purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the relevant literature to explicate the importance of ethical leadership and to identify strategies for developing ethical leaders in law enforcement today. A summary of the research and key findings concerning these issues are presented in the paper’s conclusion.

One of the essential things following the loss of a spouse is getting to understand the circumstances that surrounded the loss and its secondary effects. Healing can only take place after the acceptance visits (Glazer et al., 2010). The level of grief is determined by one's social setting, resources, and relationships. People's response to a loss such as a bereavement differs and is unique to individuals, yet it is socially experienced. The survivors affect an individual's response to loss. The response also affects the overall impact. The impact is also affected by the changing circumstances and processes of coping, including their psychosocial and spiritual growth. Since joining the World Trade Organization, China has become an increasingly influential participant in the global economy, and has used this increase in wealth to finance its other ambitions, including re-establishing itself as a great maritime power and increasing its influence over the South China Sea and nuclear development within the Indo-Pacific region.
