In the study by Lai, Griffin and Babin (2009) entitled “How quality, value, image, and satisfaction create loyalty at a Chinese telecom,” the researchers used an integrative model to assess the relationship between multiple variables related to consumers’ experience of telecoms in China. The researchers conducted a survey of 118 Chinese telecommunications customers and found that service quality has a direct impact on value perception. Value and customer satisfaction, moreover, were found to determine the extent to which the customer would be loyal to the firm. Corporate image perceptions were also found to impact customer satisfaction. The researchers were able to conclude that customer satisfaction and service quality do make a substantial difference in determining whether customers will be retained or not.

Introduction
The Epic of Gilgamesh is one of the few great literatures that survived the ruin of ancient civilizations, more particularly the ancient Mesopotamia. It is a poem that tells the story of two great heroes, friendship, adventure, and the gods. Comprised of twelves tablets, each depicting a section of the overall tale, the Epic of Gilgamesh exists in various versions—with the Akkadian and Old Babylonian versions being the most prominent. This essay considers various parts of the Epic and seeks to examine/illustrate a few details about the heroes “Gilgamesh and Enkidu”, their relationship, the actions of the gods, and the overall significance of this Epic—as regarding its depiction of the ancient Mesopotamian civilization.

a. The product available for purchase is a pair of Chanel shoes. There are a number of things that I would take into consideration. Buying behavior is strongly related to whether the purchase is a high-involvement purchase or a low-involvement purchase. A high involvement purchase would involve significantly more time and research than might be the case for a low involvement purchase. Therefore, the amount of research, consideration and time that one would take for this pair of shoes will be dependent on whether the consumer views this purchase as high involvement or low involvement. As Deshmukh and Das (2012) note, social class can be a determinant of consumer behavior, and a pair of Chanel shoes is definitely one of those products. For some, this is a low involvement purchase and for others a high involvement one.
