The company selected for this study is a Keller Williams Realty in Ft. Mitchell, KY. The international real estate brokerage firm was founded in 1983 by Gary Keller and Joe Williams is headquartered in Austin, TX, and has served the communities all over the U.S. for more than 40 years. KW is known among real estate agents as offering the best rates when it comes to commissions and the best training through their IGNITE and BOLD programs (Larcker & Tayan, 2015). KW Ft. Mitchell is known for its customer service which has allowed the firm to remain competitive with larger brokerages like HUFF in the area, as home buyers know they are getting agents who will work hard for them and help them to make a sale.

Indigenous Health Of Australians Closing The Gap Prime Ministers
1. Introduction
Early 2008, representatives from indigenous health organizations, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner, and the commonwealth government of Australia, signed an agreement that was meant to ensure that all the relevant stakeholders cooperate to ensure indigenous and non-indigenous Australians have equality in life expectancy and health status by 2030 (Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission 2008).
For quite a long time, it has been known that indigenous people in Australia have a disadvantage in terms of health. Many organizations and activists have over the years been trying to bridge the gap in health status between them and non-indigenous Australians and the signing of the agreement was a huge milestone that served two purposes. It raised public awareness on the matter and it helped to lay down plan for the achievement of parity in health status (Pholi, Black, & Richards, 2009).

Some women remain in abusive relationships for different reasons. Some are scared to leave. Others feel that they still love the person so to leave because they are being abused would be wrong. Some see the abuse as a trade-off that comes with the security the person provides, such as money, shelter, etc. Sometimes there is a co-dependency and the person feels that life would not be any better without the person because there is going to be abuse in life no matter what. Introduction
Irregular warfare refers to the violent process through which various non-state and state actors fight for influence and legitimacy over populations. While the full might of military power may be employed, irregular warfare generally uses asymmetric and indirect approaches to reduce the power, will, and influence of the adversary. Because of the irregular approaches, such a process is usually very “messy” and the actions during such a war cannot be distilled into a clear definite and repeatable process. The period between 1970 and 2000 marked a significant change in the film industry as it was the second Golden Age of Hollywood. During this period, filmmaking experienced significant growth due to experimentation with new ideas. The experimentation not only facilitated the production of new movies, but also resulted in changes that included the incorporation of global prestige. This period is regarded as the second Golden Age of Hollywood because the old studio systems that dominated 1930s films broke down totally. In addition, the period was characterized by loosening of restrictions on obscenity, sexual content and violence (A&E Television Networks, 2018). The popularity of shows like CSI has led to widespread misperceptions about the quality and nature of forensic science. As you point out, the CSI effect could lead to wrongful acquittals, but it is equally possible that jurors might wrongfully convict based on perceptions of the strength of forensic evidence admitted into the trial. As Gaensslen & Larsen (2019) “jurors bring expectations to the jury room that are based on watching television,” (1.1). One of those expectations is related to the amount of time it takes to process forensic evidence. On television, the scripted shows make it seem like forensic evidence is processed almost instantaneously, and that the results offer cut and dry facts, when in reality the time it takes to process the data is much longer and the results less conclusive.

Introduction
Agency theory is a theory explicating the relationship between the shareholders, who act as the principals, and the managers, who act as the agents. Within this relationship, the principal either employs or delegates an agent to carry out work and take actions in the best interests of the principal (Scott and O’Brien, 2003).
Imperatively, when the decision-making power and authority is delegated to another party, this can result in a loss of efficiency and subsequently increased costs.
