...Industries Introduction
In the research article “Effect of Digital Marketing on Competitiveness of Automobile Companies in Kenya” by Eva Nkatha Kigunda, the objective was to assess how digital marketing strategies affected the competitiveness of automobile companies in Kenya. The digital marketing strategies included in the study are search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media marketing (SMM), and online advertising. The study population was staff working in the marketing departments of major motor vehicle dealers in Kenya, and a sample of 101 (30% of the population) was included in the study (Kigunda 2017). Healthcare Marketing

Pages: 11 (3219 words) Sources: 3 Document Type:Essay Document #:80789957

...Industries

Introduction
When it comes to healthcare marketing there are certain restrictions that have to be followed under U.S. law. For example, the FDA has rules for companies that want to market pharmaceuticals directly to consumers. Truth-in-advertising laws have to be complied with. Stark Law rules and HIPAA rules both determine the extent to which social media platforms can be used by medical companies, with respect to doctors gaining referrals and the potential for patient information to be spread publicly in violation of the privacy rights of patients (Lane, 2019). Moreover, aside from issues of compliance, the nature of marketing has changed to such an extent within the last few decades that much of advertising itself has migrated from old media to new media to focus on targeted consumers. The Digital Age has ushered in a new era of communication: more and more people turn to the Internet for information and……

Introduction
Information technology has revolutionized nearly every aspect of life, from how people recreate to how they work. This is no less true in the field of health care, where clinical informatics is reshaping the nursing workplace environment, how patient data is recorded and shared, and how health care is delivered. This paper will discuss clinical informatics concepts emerging in the 21st century, what evidence-based practice (EBP) shows with respect to clinical informatics, how the law figures into this issue with respect to HIPAA, privacy/confidentiality and security issues; and how patient safety, the nursing role and electronic medical records are impacted.
Clinical Informatics Concepts in the 21st Century
Controlling the flow of information to promote efficiency, security, and safety is the number one priority of clinical informatics. 21st century concepts for how this can be accomplished include training in how to find information,……

McDonalds International Expansion

Pages: 5 (1385 words) Sources: 6 Document Type:Essay Document #:12220481

...Industries Global Marketing Project
Market Analysis
St. Lucia is a small market, with a population of 166,000 people and a GDP per capita of $14,400 (CIA World Factbook, 2020). This makes it a relatively weak market for fast food, and there are only a few outlets in the entire country, and none for McDonalds. There is potential, however, in Castries, and in tourist areas such as Rodney Bay, or near the airport in Vieux Fort. How much potential the market had is up for debate, as locals do not eat much beef, and this was responsible for the downfall of McDonalds in Barbados and Jamaica recently (Patrick, 2020). Furthermore, the pandemic has suppressed demand for all restaurants in St. Lucia. Other outlets like KFC have barely a foothold in the country. That said, McDonalds is motivated to figure out the Caribbean market, because there is opportunity if it can figure out……

...Industries The Past Present and Future of Warfare Impact of Technology and Strategy
Introduction
Military tactics and strategies are essential in warfare. Without the right tactics and strategy, it is impossible to win wars. By definition, military strategy is the planning, coordination, and implementation of military operations to meet some set objectives. Tactics can be defined as short-term military strategies in the field of operations in terms of the equipment to use, how to use them, and troop movement. According to renowned Carl von Clausewitz, who was a distinguished military strategist and theorist, the strategy is how to utilize battles to win wars and tactics is how to utilize troops and weaponry in battles (Phifer, 2012). However, both tactics and strategies have been theorized, defined, or utilized in different ways at different times in history. In this work, it is my argument that the United States military needs to adopt tactics……

...Industries Enhancing Communication, migration from 4G to 5G
Aims and objectives
1. To determine how the migration from 4G to 5G will enhance Communication
The primary aim of the dissertation is to determine how the migration from 4G to 5G will enhance Communication. Migration to 5G is expected to bring various enhancements as compared to the 4G. These enhancements include low latencies, high speeds, low power consumption, enhanced reliability, and greater terminal device densities. Also, and perhaps the most important features of 5G is the new network capabilities that could allow several virtual networks with differential performance capabilities to be supported by a single physical network (Alkhazaali 2017). Given these capabilities, this paper aims to determine how Communication will be enhanced.
2. To identify some of the challenges of 5G
Experience has shown that technology, however, how advanced, has some peculiar limitations that make it vulnerable. As a result, this dissertation……

...Industries Online Access and Culture
Access to the Internet has been linked to a number of different influences over culture. As a new means of communication, the Internet has transformed how culture is disseminated around the world, but it has also had a significant influence on how culture is created. All told, the influence of the online access to culture is far-reaching, and there are few touchpoints of culture that have not been subject to the influence of the Internet. Yet, there is often a temptation to oversimplify the influence that the Internet has had on culture, and cultures. This paper will provide an overview of some of the most important among the complex interactions between online access and culture.

One of the major themes in the discussion of the influence of the Internet on culture is the outcome of greater autonomy. The Internet has become the world’s largest store……

Hurricane Maria And Puerto Rico S Emergency Management

Pages: 11 (3177 words) Sources: 5 Document Type:Research Paper Document #:67675163

...Industries Introduction
Hurricane Maria was the strongest hurricane to strike Puerto Rico in nearly a hundred years when it made landfall on the tiny island state in September of 2017 (Amnesty International, 2018). Maria followed upon the heels of Hurricane Irma, which had struck the island only a mere matter of weeks before. Nearly 3000 died as a result, according to Puerto Rico’s Governor and tens of thousands of people were displaced and forced to take up temporary shelter that gradually took on a character of permanence as the island struggled to cope with the devastation of the Category 4 hurricane (Amnesty International, 2018). Losses were estimated at some $90 billion. The fact that Puerto Rico was still reeling from the damages caused by Irma, which hit on September 6th, meant that local organizations were ill-prepared to cope with a second larger hurricane on September 20th. Irma had already “caused the……
