The international real estate brokerage firm was founded in 1983 by Gary Keller and Joe Williams is headquartered in Austin, TX, and has served the communities all over the U.S. for more than 40 years. KW is known among real estate agents as offering the best rates when it comes to commissions and the best training through their IGNITE and BOLD programs (Larcker & Tayan, 2015). KW Ft. Mitchell is known for its customer service which has allowed the firm to remain competitive with larger brokerages like HUFF in the area, as home buyers know they are getting agents who will work hard for them and help them to make a sale.

Inequality in nations correlates with higher mortality rates and poorer health; social cohesion is typically lacking in unequal societies, education levels are lower, and there is little progress towards poverty reduction in unequal societies. As Pickett (2015) notes, inequality also fosters a spirit of consumerism that is antithetical to the notion of the common good. In societies where there is greater equality, business leaders generally work together to achieve greater environmental care and implement sustainable practices to reduce their carbon footprint.

Corruption takes many forms, and can have a devastating impact on economies, and on the effectiveness of government. For that reason, it is best practice to have a code of ethics for managers who are involved in acquisitions, purchasing and contracts. Ethical lapses contribute to a wide array of issues, including waste, a decline in confidence in the institution of government, and underperformance because the wrong vendors were selected. Larezos (2008) notes that when evidence of corruption arises, governments may need to recompete contracts, projects can be delayed or go way over budget, and there can be increased cost to taxpayers as well. If chronic weak governance leaves a populace disenchanted with government, then the political fallout can be severe as well.
