The company selected for this study is a Keller Williams Realty in Ft. Mitchell, KY. The international real estate brokerage firm was founded in 1983 by Gary Keller and Joe Williams is headquartered in Austin, TX, and has served the communities all over the U.S. for more than 40 years. KW is known among real estate agents as offering the best rates when it comes to commissions and the best training through their IGNITE and BOLD programs (Larcker & Tayan, 2015). KW Ft. Mitchell is known for its customer service which has allowed the firm to remain competitive with larger brokerages like HUFF in the area, as home buyers know they are getting agents who will work hard for them and help them to make a sale.

Global Inequality
...Employees Three key issues related to global inequality are health and social problems (such as education and social relationships), economic stability, and sustainability (Pickett, 2015). Inequality in nations correlates with higher mortality rates and poorer health; social cohesion is typically lacking in unequal societies, education levels are lower, and there is little progress towards poverty reduction in unequal societies. As Pickett (2015) notes, inequality also fosters a spirit of consumerism that is antithetical to the notion of the common good. In societies where there is greater equality, business leaders generally work together to achieve greater environmental care and implement sustainable practices to reduce their carbon footprint.
Some potential solutions to global inequality are to prevent the wealth gap from widening. This can be achieved by creating laws that prohibit Board members from enjoying lucrative contracts; Board should also be staffed by employee representatives. Earnings should be more equal and less heavily……

Corruption takes many forms, and can have a devastating impact on economies, and on the effectiveness of government. For that reason, it is best practice to have a code of ethics for managers who are involved in acquisitions, purchasing and contracts. Ethical lapses contribute to a wide array of issues, including waste, a decline in confidence in the institution of government, and underperformance because the wrong vendors were selected. Larezos (2008) notes that when evidence of corruption arises, governments may need to recompete contracts, projects can be delayed or go way over budget, and there can be increased cost to taxpayers as well. If chronic weak governance leaves a populace disenchanted with government, then the political fallout can be severe as well. In essence, corruption represents the trade-off between the personal gain for the government officials in question versus the overall government or economy.

Strategic Leadership In Light Of The Five Compass Model
...Employees According to Wilson (1996), strategic leadership incorporates the fundamentals of strategic planning with the tactics used in strategic management. The purpose of strategic leadership is to align business practices—including human resources management—with company goals, values, mission, and ethics. Leadership sets the tone for the entire organization. The strategic leader makes sure that all departments and their managers are on the same page, so that even when they perform totally different operations and their services are not fully integrated, that all are working in alignment with primary objectives. Agency theory is a theory explicating the relationship between the shareholders, who act as the principals, and the managers, who act as the agents. Within this relationship, the principal either employs or delegates an agent to carry out work and take actions in the best interests of the principal (Scott and O’Brien, 2003).
Imperatively, when the decision-making power and authority is delegated to another party, this can result in a loss of efficiency and subsequently increased costs. For instance, if the owner of a company partakes in the delegating of decision-making power to a manager, the agent in this case, it is conceivable that the manager will not work or operate as hard and with determination as the owner would, bearing in mind that the manager does not have any direct shares in the financial results of the company (Tearney and Dodd, 2009).
