Feedback from people who know us well promotes effective feedback analysis along several domains including recognizing which skills we need to acquire or which bad habits we need to remedy (Drucker, 1999). To this end, I wrote an email to 10 … tabular form, I quickly noticed some common themes and patterns. The common themes I identified include a positive attitude, good listening, determination, leadership skills, and altruism (See Appendix).
