… thus inflate shareholder value. Many executives sign off on share buybacks instead of putting the money to good use, as in research and development, because they themselves have boatloads of shares that they want to sell and they know that the smart money has been leaving the … shareholder value they had to deliver as leaders of the company and grow the company through investment in the company, through research and development, through innovation, and through focusing on long-term sustainability. Those were the keys to maximizing shareholder value because investors looked for value and they ……

...Moral development How African Customary and Social Practices have been Utilized to Enhance Coping Strategies in Times of Crisis, focus on health pandemic
Background of the Study
Centuries before missionaries and colonialists arrived in Africa and centuries before the slave trade commenced, Africans in Africa had cultural and social practices and mechanisms to sustain their societies and to prevent the loss of lives during crises. The practices and mechanisms included health education practices, procedures for managing illnesses, and procedures for preventing the spread of illnesses through societies (Iganus & Haruna, 2017). In cases where African mechanisms helped to handle and manage health crises, it is believed that it was because the successful mechanisms took into account the socio-economic situation on the ground and wholesomely addressed the health crises and the related social and economic effects. Most of the mechanisms were initiated after elders or senior members of African societies met and discussed……

Wade was settled, abortion has been legal throughout the U.S. as mandated … then, it had been illegal to obtain one. Human life advocates have opposed the Supreme Court decision ever since, arguing that abortion is moral and devalues life, womanhood, and the entire cultural fabric of society. Norma McCorvey (Jane Roe of the famous court case) has even since … do so for ideological reasons: they view the matter as representative of the women’s rights movement—as a political issue rather than as a moral or ethical one. They also view an avenue to legal abortions as safer for women than no avenue at all. For that reason, ……

The ethical theory of deontology is what underpins my perspective. Deontology or duty ethics argues that the moral of an action is determined by the role of the individual. The role of the hospital is to treat patients using quality care. … using CBPR principles are to:
1) use a cyclical and iterative process, starting with the partnership and going through all the stages of development;
2) identifying what social factors lead to health

...Moral development Abstract
Cyber espionage has become a critical component of modern cyber warfare as nation-states increasingly rely on cyberspace. However, cyber espionage had generated concerns regarding its acceptability given its potential threats to national security. This qualitative case study research explores the proposition that cyber security should be deemed an acceptable state behavior while cyber attack is unacceptable. This study seeks to answer the question, “How is cyber espionage an acceptable state behavior for intelligence gathering though it potentially damages relations between nation-states?” The qualitative case study examined existing studies on this issue and employed thematic analysis to analyze the data. The study found that cyber espionage is an acceptable state behavior since it plays a key role in cyber warfare, helps to establish appropriate countermeasures against cyberattacks and potential threats in cyberspace, and enhances intelligence gathering. While the study provides significant insights on this topic, future studies should examine the……
