Parental involvement has long been established as an important variable in student achievement along various outcome parameters. Prior research has shown that parental involvement can lead to the cultivation of strong reading habits (Castro, Exposito-Casas, Lopez-Martin, et al., 2015), student self-esteem and self-efficacy (Ule, Zivoder & DuBois-Reymond, 2015), future success (Hill, Witherspoon & Bartz, 2016), and quantitative measures of academic success (Benner, Boyle & Sadler, 2016; Castro, Exposito-Casas, Lopez-Martin, et al., 2015). In fact, parental involvement can also promote the efficacy of the school s a whole, improving that school’s performance ratings, its reputation, and its effectiveness in forming strong ties with other governmental, human service, and community organizations (Ma, Shen, Krenn, et al., 2015). The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the relevant literature to describe current government initiatives for addressing substance abuse by adolescents in the United States. An analysis of what is being done as well as what is not being done is followed by an examination of gaps in the current initiatives. In addition, a discussion concerning the health advocacy groups that have attempted to advocate for this health issue and the possibility of collaboration with one of these groups is followed by an analysis concerning how collaboration with existing advocacy groups can further the efficacy of the program to address this public health issue. System vulnerability is one of the major concerns of organizations getting web servers, firewalls and security measures for their data. Technology companies burn the midnight oil trying to provide the highest level of security to databases, and a breach of security can be deemed a lapse by the technology company or that their security measures being ineffective. Hackers might send unauthorized packets of data including network inhibitors that might stall the ABC servers which contain online payment processing and customer data.
The best firewall recommended for this system is the next-generation system equipped with sophisticated security protocols for the deployment in the ABC system. Introduction
In the management of type 2 diabetes (T2D), medication adherence is a crucial issue. One of the strategies to ensure medication adherence among T2D patients is nurse-led intervention meant to change the behavior of patients. This study, therefore, seeks to determine how a nurse-led behavior change intervention compares to standard care in patients with T2D in increasing adherence to medication in a period of four months. This section is a literature review that analysis eight literature materials.

That year the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) passed Rule 10b-18, which created a legal process for executing share repurchases (Reda, 2018). Since that time, many companies have engaged in share repurchasing. As Egan (2018) notes more than $400 billion were allocated by companies to share buybacks in 2018. The reason this is relevant is that it shows a dangerous trend of allowing considerably vast sums of money to be used in share repurchasing programs: conflicts of interest are inevitable and moral hazard can result (Chan & Hoy, 1991; Choi & Maldoom, 1992).
