It is a valuable resource, and one that I will visit more than once. The career assessments and resume tips were the most helpful right now, but I can see that much of the information will be crucial in the future when I look for a job after graduation.

Finally, there were some areas of this site that were extremely valuable, and others that were not. Some areas were still "under construction" as so were useless. However, the Career Decision Making" section was very detailed and gives the student many options and assessments to think about in planning their future. It was a little bit of a pain to have to register and login if this was the first visit to the site, it would have been easier if the information was just available to everyone. However, it seems overall the site was valuable and a good resource. If I had one criticism, it would be that some of the writing seemed kind of immature and juvenile, but that was about all the criticism I had.

The "Dutch Test for Conflict-Handling," indentified my personality to have medium 'yielding' conflict style. This is consistent with my articulated belief that agreeability when handling conflicts is required, but not to the point that ethics are ignored. My test results on the "Big Five Personality" test thus support the notion that when handling ethical conflicts solving problems on a personal level and achieving a mutually beneficial solution is ideal.
