...Management control Tesla is a company that has had at least a 5 year relationship with its CEO Elon Musk. Up until recently Musk was also Chairman of the Board. He was removed from his role as Chairman as part of a settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The settlement resulted from charges filed by the SEC relating to securities fraud when Musk’s public Tweet on Twitter about taking the company private and that he had “funding secured.” The statement was shown to be a lie (Gaydos, 2018). Musk settled with the SEC and paid a hefty fine and Robyn Denholm replace Musk as Chairman of the Board. Denholm had been a Board member for five years up to that point (Porter, 2018). Thus, up until Musk’s run-in with the SEC in 2018, he had been both CEO and Chairman of the Board—which can serve as a conflict of interest,……

The first involves the salience of meaning. What matters … during times of change or crisis. Symbols can help members of the organization find guidance, resolve conflict and confusion, increase the locus of control or sense of certainty, or to find meaning, hope, or value in any situation.
Fourth, organizational processes and singular events become part of … of human consciousness and cognition (Bolman & Deal, 2013, p. 254). The symbolic frame shows how organizations create and implement long-range strategies for management, marketing, and more.

Power refers to influence, i.e., who holds the most leverage in any situation and thus is most likely to control the outcome. In my relationship with my friend, we are both vying for the most power. Neither wants to feel out of control—that is the reason we both act this way. Yet, ceding control does not necessarily mean that one is handing over power. Conflicts of Interest
Conflict of interest emerges when an inividual in power uses their position to exploit situations to their advantage. For instance, if a law firm attempted representing the same couple in a divorce case (Legal Dictionary, 2018). Conflict of interest is a manifestation of structural failures of any society. The practice touches on a wide range of societal elements, including legal, political, and administrative aspects. Once public officers engage in acts of conflict of interest, they lose public trust (Pathranarakul, 2005).
Prosecutors often find themselves in the tight sport of conflict of interest. It is easy to be diverted from the mission to deliver justice when one is a prosecutor because of the ever-conflicting interests, and motivations one is exposed to (Green &Roiphe, 2017). In the case of lawyers, incidents in which personal interest comes into conflict with that of the client amount to a conflict……
