This report will evaluate the company, the market and each of these three options in order to determine the best choice of pricing strategy when entering the Brazilian market.
Concept/Theory: SWOT Analysis
The SWOT analysis is a tool whereby the company analyzes its internal strengths and weaknesses, and its external threats and opportunities, in order to provide some context for the decision that it is facing.
