While many may feel that they do not have the time to mediate, there are moments throughout the day when the practice could easily arise naturally. Waiting in line, often a undesirable experience, can be a time to focus inward as well. Listen to your breathing, watch your thoughts pass and see how, weird, sad, interesting, profound or just plain ridiculous they are. Meditation, in plain English, is in actuality the art of doing nothing. Both waiting and meditation have this in common. Of course this can be difficult depending on one's frustration level and anxiety, but all the more reason to find alternatives since we know the poor health benefit to these conditions. After all if so much time is spent in waiting, and this detracts from living life, why not make it a part of life that can be of benefit, it is after all a choice.

If it was a dream, then the programmers clearly attempted to incorporate background realism. For example, the characters get dirty; like sweat, dirt is not something that the programmers would need to create to have realistic humans, but there is dirt on people. If one accepts the premise that the entire story is a dream, it is not difficult to take an additional step and assume that the programmers

The other main reason for continuing with meditation in the future is that the practice has liberated me from the old consideration of myself as a failure and an individual who cannot deal with some major challenges in life. This practice has also enabled me to experience real happiness, become more loving, and demonstrate calm when facing a problem. It has become easier for me to face challenges and
