...United kingdom Scenario
An attack of Ebola Virus as a terrorist after an attack.
The Ebola virus can spread through the air if someone coughs or sneezes and their phlegm or liquid comes in contact with someone’s eyes, inside of their mouth, nose or some broken skin on the body like a cut or scrape (WHO, 2014). As a terrorist, the best way to get many people infected would be in a hospital setting or a place where people will sweat a lot and breathe more heavily like inside a gym. This would allow the contamination to be more effective. By sending someone to a gym and coughing around people working out, they would be more likely to contract the virus.
Sweat is also another way to transmit the pathogen, along with semen, vomit, and urine (WHO, 2014). In terms of who would be affected, if the clear choice is a gym,……

...United kingdom The Short-Run and Long-Run Relationship between Unemployment and Inflation
Introduction
Phillips observed a consistent inverse relationship between wage inflation and unemployment when he analyzed data from the UK spanning nearly a century from 1861 to 1957. The explanation Phillips gave was simple: the lower the unemployment rate, the more employers had to do to attract talent and raising wages was one of the primary ways to do just that (Wulwick, 1987). In a tight labor market, companies would race to quickly raise wages, and during periods of higher unemployment there would be less pressure to incentivize workers as the latter would consider themselves fortunate just to have a job. Since wages offered laborers are linked to prices businesses charge consumers (Lucas & Rapping, 1969), it was not long before economists applied the Phillips curve to inflation in general rather than to only wages. It became evident that monetary policy could……

...United kingdom Personal Changes
A major change among RNs that challenged them and was difficult for them to make focused on implementing a transcultural care model among the nurses that required the nurses to become more educated about different cultures and how to respond to patients of these various cultures. It required of the nurses the need to maintain two different perspectives and sets of beliefs in the minds at once—their own beliefs and an empathetic view of the beliefs of the patient of the different cultural background. As Kodama and Fukahori (2017) noted, the main challenge for RNs tasked with a change of this nature is to develop respect and empathy for others while holding a micro and macro perspective. This paper will describe the different perspective on change by those who like it and those who dread it, explain why readiness for change is so crucial to its success, show……

...United kingdom Resiliency
As Webster and Rivers (2018) point out, the notion of resilience has been promoted in a variety of fields and essentially research on it has focused on the need for individuals to “toughen up”—particularly in what has been called a “snowflake” culture, a term popularized by the 1996 Chuck Palahniuk novel Fight Club. As Palahniuk said later when the book was made into a cult hit film, “Every generation gets offended by different things but my friends who teach in high school tell me that their students are very easily offended…The modern Left is always reacting to things. Once they get their show on the road culturally they will stop being so offended” (Londoner, 2017). While there is a lot to unpack in that statement (offense and culture are implicitly linked to resiliency and the ability to cope with conflict), the essence of the point made by Palahniuk is……

Introduction
Over the past 20 years, Starbucks has experienced both periods of strong growth, and periods of retraction, most notably during the Great Recession. The company’s investment strategies should have reflected its strategic priorities during this period, and an analysis of the company’s financials over this time should illustrate that. Starbucks’ growth since 1998 has mainly been in overseas markets, but the company has also branched out into other business lines, in an attempt to diversify its income streams. Today, Starbucks appears to have settled into more of a “cash cow” state, where the company is earning healthy returns from its businesses, and focused on growth mainly in some of the overseas markets where the coffee market is maybe a bit more nascent, in other words where there remains high growth potential going forward.
Starbucks Income Statement
Starbucks has been a strong growth story for most of this period. According……

...United kingdom Introduction
One of the goals of the G. W. Bush Administration, which launched the War on Terrorism campaign, was to “end the state sponsorship of terrorism” (White House, 2003). The top goals of the Bush Administration, however, were to defeat Bin Laden and Al-Zarqawi, as well to identify terrorist organizations and demolish them. The first two goals have been accomplished. The latter is dependent upon eradicating state sponsorship of terrorism. Thus, as shall be seen in this strategy paper, ending the state sponsorship of terrorism should be the number one goal of this administration, as state sponsorship is the primary means by which terrorism continues to this day (Malzahn 2002).

...United kingdom Introduction
The maritime industry is increasingly moving towards the adoption of systems that rely heavily on digitization, automation, and integration (Hayes, 2016). The extensive use of advanced technological solutions in the maritime industry is driven by the urgent need to maintain the industry in sync with all other industries that seem to have a step forward in adopting technological solutions. As a result of this growth and development in technological solutions, the security of data and other sensitive information has increasingly become a huge concern for the industry (Bueger, 2015). Cybersecurity has become a priority for the maritime industry. With many of the operational and critical system having already been digitized, automated, and integrated, the concern has now shifted to how entities within the maritime industry should implement appropriate procedures and policies to respond to cybersecurity incidents effectively.
Background
Cybersecurity refers to the ability of entities to prepare for possible……
