In order to produce these outcomes, the Disney Company needs to engage around 200,000 employees (Forbes, 2018). The Walt Disney Company is ranked as one of the best companies to work for. The essential strategy of Disney is that they company requires its employees to create amazing experiences for guests and consumers. In order to do this, the employees themselves must be inspired, and committed to delivering those types of experiences. The human resources frame can be utilized to explain how Disney is able to inspire 200,000 employees to deliver amazing experiences.

Separation Anxiety Disorder (SAD) causes significant impairment in kindergarten studies, social functioning, and family relations among children. This paper is a case study of SAD in an eight-year-old African-American female child, named Chloe, under foster care. The paper includes an annotated bibliography and an evidence-based model recommending cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for the given case. The research question for this paper is: how effective is CBT in the treatment of SAD among preschool children diagnosed with SAD? Based on the findings of the annotated literature review, it is concluded that CBT is highly effective as a SAD treatment among preschool children diagnosed with anxiety disorder. Hence, it is recommended that Chloe should undergo a CBT counseling program. The initial treatment goal for Chloe is to help her recognize her anxious feelings and physical responses.

Introduction
Phillips observed a consistent inverse relationship between wage inflation and unemployment when he analyzed data from the UK spanning nearly a century from 1861 to 1957. The explanation Phillips gave was simple: the lower the unemployment rate, the more employers had to do to attract talent and raising wages was one of the primary ways to do just that (Wulwick, 1987). In a tight labor market, companies would race to quickly raise wages, and during periods of higher unemployment there would be less pressure to incentivize workers as the latter would consider themselves fortunate just to have a job. Since wages offered laborers are linked to prices businesses charge consumers (Lucas & Rapping, 1969), it was not long before economists applied the Phillips curve to inflation in general rather than to only wages. When it comes to the great debate over whether it is healthier to eat local foods or organic foods, there are arguments to be found on both sides. But at the end of the day, one has to decide what one is really seeking to achieve by choosing one side over the other. Organic foods are typically labeled or certified organic, meaning they are non-GMO and thus are naturally grown. Local foods are typically fresher and seasonal, meaning they are going to have a more authentic and more robust quality and character to them (though there is no guarantee they are raised or grown non-GMO). Nonetheless, consuming local foods comes with the added benefit of supporting local farmers and the local economy. In this article, the problems at FEL are analyzed and assessed from the standpoint of what FEL should do to assign managers to project teams and what efficiencies these criteria create. The problem is that FEL is not very thorough or cautious in its approach. Now it has a problem of the team members not wanting to work together and Gatenby is relying on Jobe to make it all work. This is unlikely to really happen and so if Gatenby cannot get them all to recognize that they are professionals and must now come together as a team in spite of their animosity, then the project is going to fail and some may not reach their personal goals. Tuckman’s five stages of group development may be helpful in solving the problem.
