The most significant terrorist attack on American soil was the September 11 attacks by Al Qaeda terrorists. The attacks changed the perception that America cannot suffer such attacks, considering how far away it is from where terrorist organizations such as Al Qaeda are based. The attacks also initiated America’s war against terrorism, which continues to date. Before the September 11 attacks, Americans had never experienced a large scale terrorist incident within their country’s borders. Moreover, most local and state security agencies had no experience with such attacks and were, therefore, very ill-prepared to respond to them. The only historic attacks or incidents that compare to the September 11 attacks were the airplane hijackings of the seventies and the eighties. Abstract
This paper looks at the influence processes of three CEOs: Elon Musk of Tesla, Alex Gorsky of Johnson & Johnson, and Jeff Skilling of Enron. These leaders have various strengths and faults and their leadership approaches are all different and to some extent based on their own personalities and styles of management. Some have met with more success than others, and some have met with more failure. Gorsky has succeeded at leading Johnson & Johnson for the past 8 years. Skilling failed in his leadership role at Enron and was jailed for fraud. Musk has seen a string of successes and failures during the course of his tenure as head of Tesla. This paper discusses their various influence processes, analyzes their strengths and weaknesses and summarizes their key attributes that effect positive organizational change and improved performance.

Reflexes or reflex pathways are always most easily observed as well as analyzed specifically when the spinal cord directly receives a synchronous volley, particularly of afferent input. Due to such an occurrence, the afferent volley often has been provoked specifically by electrical stimulation associated with nerves, rather than particularly by the natural stimulation associated with peripheral receptors (Goldberger, 2019). The result in most cases is always that several reflex stimuli, especially in various animal experiments, become described specifically in terms of the specific intensity of the electrical stimulation associated with the nerve, rather than particularly in terms of which the sensory receptors have majorly been activated.
