Lucas and James (2018) evaluate the effect of specialist mentoring on college students with autism and other mental health conditions and found that mentees receive academic, social and emotional support from their mentors. However, the researchers also observed group differences between those with autism and those with other mental health issues. What makes a relationship between mentor and mentee work best according to the findings of Lucas and James (2018) is when the relationship is customized to fit the needs of the mentee: tailored relationships that focus on developing a personal relationship, empowering the mentee and constructing a “bridge” that enables the mentee to become more involved in the university experience were all seen as significant and powerful ways for the mentee to benefit from peer mentoring. Introduction: What is Level Five Leadership?
Level Five Leadership is a concept developed by Jim Collins in the book Good to Great. Level Five Leaders are top notch leaders: they are the greats who make big things happen. They are ones about whom books are written. They are the ones who leave the biggest shoes to fill when they are gone.
Collins describes five levels of leadership. This paper will briefly discuss the four levels that precede the top level. Then it will define what it means to be a Level Five Leader and will provide some examples of Level Five Leadership that can be found in the world today.

Introduction
Women play a significant role in the Arabian Nights. Many of the stories and tales in the collection explore the nature, potential dangers, and limits of the sexual drive or desires of women. The frame narrative about women and their sexual desires starts to emerge when in a tale about the wife of a sultan and her affairs with a slave. This calls into question the loyalty of women and puts into focus infidelity among women. This forces the storyteller, Shahraz?d, to use her storytelling skills calm down Shahrayar's rage against women by letting him know that other women like herself are different and do not in any way threaten marital institutions and families (Shamma, 239-260). ...Coach Mr. White Deer’s case represents an unfortunately common occurrence: a toxic workplace environment. It is difficult to provide a thorough assessment without having been an eyewitness to the events precipitating the aggressive maneuver of the hose-down, but it is clear that several micro-aggressions had already taken place to intimidate Mr. White Deer. ...Coach Practice 5 - Encouraging the Heart
According to Kouzes & Posner (2017), encouraging the heart means recognizing the individual contributions of others to the community, as well as celebrating the values and victories of the community. From an educational standpoint, this is particularly meaningful regarding the principle of positive reinforcement. Quite simply, if people experience a positive reward, including verbal praise for their excellence, this creates the desire to replicate the praised action. Teaching can often be a very lonely activity, and students do not always recognize excellence in teaching until long after they graduate. It is incumbent upon principals to take an active interest in teachers who are using effective and innovative learning strategies. Sitting in on classes, asking students about what and how they are learning, and showing appreciation for teacher input and knowledge are all ways to recognize and reward good teaching.
