The Declaration of Independence, written in 1776, asserted that “all men are created equal.”[endnoteRef:2] It was an Enlightenment notion: Thomas Paine, an avid follower of the Enlightenment Movement in Europe, had written the Rights of Man to support and promote the ideas of the philosophical revolution that had gotten underway decades prior with Rousseau’s Social Contract and the latter’s pursuit of naturalism in opposition to the Old World values, virtues and order.[endnoteRef:3] The problem that occurred in America was that the Founding Fathers were not of the same mind as Thomas Paine, though they readily used his words and ideas in their Declaration of Independence. Abstract
Since the majority of parents of disabled students struggle with navigating special education systems, advocacy training provides a means of helping parents secure the right educational service for their disabled child. In this paper, parents' need for advocates for asserting special education rights as well as advocate training in the areas of special education advocacy and legislation will be addressed. Additionally, the impacts of advocacy training for disability-linked special education will be discussed.

a. The product available for purchase is a pair of Chanel shoes. There are a number of things that I would take into consideration. Buying behavior is strongly related to whether the purchase is a high-involvement purchase or a low-involvement purchase. A high involvement purchase would involve significantly more time and research than might be the case for a low involvement purchase. Therefore, the amount of research, consideration and time that one would take for this pair of shoes will be dependent on whether the consumer views this purchase as high involvement or low involvement. As Deshmukh and Das (2012) note, social class can be a determinant of consumer behavior, and a pair of Chanel shoes is definitely one of those products. For some, this is a low involvement purchase and for others a high involvement one.

In a market driven strategy the customer is the focal point, which means that everything the bar and grill does should be oriented towards benefiting the customer in some way. To know what OPG can do to benefit the customer, it has to determine its distinctive capabilities. These would be the strengths it possesses as identified in its SWOT analysis. It would also include opportunities identified in the same analysis. Then comes the step of matching customer value with the bar and grill’s capabilities and to ask whether leveraging the pub’s resources would help to create customer value. If there is a match and the pub can do it, the steps should lead to superior performance and a successful marketing driven strategy.

Human trafficking is defined as “the acquisition of people by improper means such as force, fraud or deception, with the aim of exploiting them” (UNODC, 2015). However, as with any definition or label, there is a subjective interpretation that exists alongside the objective viewpoint. While in most cases of trafficking, the human being involved can easily be depicted as a victim, in some cases the of trafficking the “victim” wants to be trafficked as it provides an opportunity for the individual to have a better life even if it is outside the normal or accepted means of society (Beatson & Hanley, 2017; Brock& Teixeira, 2014). In as far as appearances are concerned, the Washington Navel orange happens to have a rounded shape and is small to medium in size. One of the many distinguishing features of this particular tree are the white flowers which are scented. The canopy of the tree also appears droopy. In mid winder, the tree supplies seedless oranges that are rather tasty – making this particular variety ideal as either a commercial venture or as a past-time activity in a home orchid setting. It is important to note that the flesh of the fruit is firm and has a distinguishing deep color. The taste of the fruit could also be described as tangy and distinctly sweet.
