This could materialize in the following:
1. The values of honesty, integrity and respect guide every organizational decision and act. Only through honesty, integrity and respect will the organization be able to satisfy its customers, retain them and as such accomplish its overall objectives.
2. Transparency. The organization should promote transparency in the decision making process of the managerial team in order to increase the trust the staff members have in the organizational apparatus. If transparency lacks, the staff members will register reduced levels of trust and will as such register decreased efforts and performances.
3. Customer benefit. Giany Plc. activates for the well being of the organizational customers, and the company strives to improve the quality of human life by reintroducing the individuals to sports and exercise. In all its endeavors, the company has to have the benefit of the customers at heart.
4. Customer safety. The practicing of sports is often a risk raising activity in the meaning that the individuals are subjected to injury. This means that the company has to make sure to use the safest possible equipments and it must always have a medic on set in order to offer first aid in case of an accident.
5. Coach ethics. As with the entire organization, the coaches are primarily focused on the well being of the customers. In case of a sporting competition, the coach will only send on field the individuals who are able to perform and who -- by this -- do not jeopardize their health. Coaches are there to support the customers and will not abuse their power nor will they act in any unprofessional manner.
