Israel is among the youngest countries in Asia, having been created in 1948. The country came when the Jews who had migrated to other parts of the world returned to where they lived before to start their country. The history of Israel is one very intriguing one. Historical records show in the ancient times, Israel existed. During this time, the people of the country contacted the religious personalities currently being celebrated worldwide. Today's Christians trace their beliefs to the times in the ancient Israel. The times when Jesus Christ, the most notable personality in the Christian life lived can be traced to the times when Israel was still an established nation in the Asian continent. Israel is known to be the most favored nation in the world. The Israelites have been seen to be growing their influence in the world after their second regrouping after the World War 2.

The path in the creation of Israel.

The history of the Israelites shows that they were once at their current geographical location but later migrated to other parts of the world. Most of them settled in Europe and lived there. When the United States was created and placed on the British colonization, the Israelis also managed to move to those parts. Eventually, during the Second World War, fought between the years 1939 to 1945, most of the Jews were targeted. They were the main victims, especially in Germany, where six million of them were killed. This forced them to rethink about their stay in Europe. The spiritual leaders of the Jews summoned them all and planned an exit from this place. Eventually, their desire to vacate was boosted by the United Nations, a world organization that was formed after the Second World War.

The basis for the creation of Israel

Israel was created out of a piece of earth in Asia, where it was believed that the Jews once lived before they went into exile in Europe. This was in a place referred to as the Eretz Israel. This place bordered Palestine. The place is home to the historical sites of Nazareth, where Jesus was born. The place also bore history about the original worship places, where the old and most revered prophets in the Bible lived. They all lived within the environs of Eretz Israel. The main reason that formed the basis of the creation of Israel was based on the humanitarian ground because the Jews in Europe and other parts of the world were going through hardships and persecutions. They were being persecuted on grounds that they lived in a land that was not their original place. This made them look the odd ones and as such, their interests were not secured. This made them undergo untold problems in the hands of the Germans, in particular. Secondly, the Jews were better placed to live in Israel where they originated from than in the outside world. This was the feeling among the proponents of the initiative. Member states in the United Nations voted unanimously to have Israel nation created to accommodate all the Jews who had been wandering around the world. They were interested in ensuring that the Jews got a place they could identify themselves with and call it home. Europe had proved to be intolerant to them.

The second reason for the creation of Israel was for purposes of protecting the Jewish culture, tradition and religion that was almost being lost due to the influence of the rest of the world. This had been seen as the main reason the Europeans fought very hard to push for the establishment of Israel in a place that there was likely going to be resistance from the locals. They wanted to have the beautiful places that carried the Jewish history safeguarded. There was a desire among the people of Israel also to have the work of the Jews safeguarded to ensure that all that they stood for was prevented from loss. Since the Jews were all attracted to their cultural practices and wanted to have them kept safe, they managed to advance their well-being and develop a closer attachment to their roots. The European powers devoted their money and military might to the establishment of a country within the hardest places to live on earth. This shows the seriousness and commitment with which these people had for the future of the Israelites. They all felt the need to have a nation that would bring together the many scattered children of Israel, as the people who lived in those days knew them popularly. The creation of Israel as a nation was the desire of many interested parties, and they all have to agree on this during the month of May in the year 1948.

The third basis for the creation of Israel was based on fostering control, of the Arab world. The European powers were interested in getting a hand in the Asian world. They knew that in the future, the Asians were likely going to play an influential role in the world, especially on matters of the economy. The Asian continent was speculated to have large deposits of oil. As such, they wanted to ensure that there was some form of control that would enable them benefit from these resources. With the presence of Israel as a nation within the Asian continent, European powers were going to have a strong control of the Asians and as well benefit. Therefore, this was a political angle to the whole clamor for the creation of Israel coming from the Europeans. It is known to date that the people of Israel have been used by the Western powers to launch military offensives against the Arab nations. The sharp division between the two powers is what has drawn the interests of the other nations to the current state of the conflicts pitting the west and the east.

The Palestinian declarations

The Palestinians placed some declarations that they wanted to have known by all in the world. They had a desire to establish a caliphate around Palestine and event Ezret Israel, the place that rests the present day Israel. Their claims o were anchored on the fact that they wanted to have a better chance to exercise their beliefs and interests without being affected adversely by the presence people who professed different faiths and traditions. This would have compromised their existence and cultural practices. Looking at the nature of Palestine as a nation, it is clear that they had not arranged for the establishment of the Jewish state around them.

The assertion for the creation of the Jewish state in Eretz Israel was in total disagreement to the Palestinian declarations. Whatever the Palestinians wanted done was against the desires of the proponents for the creation of Israel. In one of the Palestinian declaration, titled The Suez Crisis, under Article 23, the Palestinians declare that Zionist religion ought to be declared illegitimate and barred from being practiced anywhere near them. This has been made the standing slogan of the Palestinians to date. They are against any establishment of religion in Palestine or its environs that contradicts their own. Palestinians are naturally Muslims by nature. They were absorbed into the Islamic culture and to date have never allowed the Zionist to meddle with their religion.

Declaration of the State of Israel.

The declaration was made by the Palestinian leaders after the western powers to control of Ezret Israel and settled the Jews there. These declarations were a form of protest against the establishment of Israel as a nation and it landed them in this situation as a way of acting protective (page 140). They held this as their national assertion of culture and religion and wanted it practiced at all times. The Palestinian National Character of 1968.

Under the Palestinian National Charter of 1968, the Palestinians come out strongly to state that the Arab world is there to stay: they want to establish a state of freedom that cannot be rivaled by the Zionists (page 155). They asserted in Article 21 of this declaration that they were ready to ride under the Arabic Armed group to launch offensives where needed for purposes of safeguarding that which they believed was the true religion (page 154).
