Abstract
This paper examines the manner in which the hip hop grew out of the Civil Rights Movement and became a way for disenfranchised black youths, marginalized by society, to express their thoughts and feelings on a world that did want them to rise up. The history of hip hop and its culture is thus a rich one and a complex one that both celebrates youthful joys and energy while also taking different roads towards instigating a dialogue as well. Some hip hop artists have been thoughtful and have challenged the status quo with lyrics and albums that have provoked discussion in a sober-minded way (such as was the case with Tupac Shakur), while others have been more provocative and have set out to disrupt the status quo……

Identifying Key Characteristics Of A High Performance Project Team
Abstract
In this article, the problems at FEL are analyzed and assessed from the standpoint of what FEL should do to assign managers to project teams and what efficiencies these criteria create. The problem is that FEL is not very thorough or cautious in its approach. Now it has a problem of the team members not wanting to work together and Gatenby is relying on Jobe to make it all work. This is unlikely to really happen and so if Gatenby cannot get them all to recognize that they are professionals and must now come together as a team in spite of their animosity, then the project is going to fail and some may not reach their personal goals. Tuckman’s five stages of group development may be helpful in solving the problem.

My to-do list for joining community of Serenbe starts with writing a big thank you to the world and to God for giving me this opportunity. I want to express my gratitude and joy, and doing so is a health way to get in touch with the positive energy that will be of so much use in Serenbe. The Starbucks' Social Responsibility & Sustainability (2017) outlines the company's plan for each on several fronts. These are complex issues, and they receive some complexity in their treatment. Starbucks has four main areas of focus: community, ethical sourcing, environment, and diversity. Roughly, community and diversity would fall into the category of social responsibility, as these cover community service, youth action, the Starbucks Foundation, the Ethos Water Fund, and the company's diversity plan. On the sustainability front, there is the ethics of coffee, tea, cocoa and farmer support and this combines with water, energy, green building and climate change. I have been attracted to Portugal for most of my life, because I have some Portuguese ancestry. I was curious, for example, about how much of the culture of family has been influenced by this background, and what elements. But as I got older I also started just to take an interest in the country in general.
