…mother tongue, and would take a lot of effort before being an expert. As reading is one of the basic foundational standards for graduating in board exams and school assessments (Mesmer, 2020), the students and the management need to work hard in phonological awareness, word recognition and reading fluency for better results. Moreover, the Math subject has also not shown considerable improvement, and it decreased by 6% from the previous year\'s data results. The school has to think twice before making improvement plans to learn Math skills on an expert level to handle problem-solving in real-life (Noureen, Irfan & Awan, 2015). Their careers would also be based on this rudimentary subject\'s proficiency; that is why the school must seriously consider it.Selection of an Academic Improvement AreaApproaching the improvement target differently than it is addressed in SIP is crucial for the school to gain academic improvement.
