Telehealth services are great because they can reduce overhead costs related to physical infrastructure and in-person visits (Patel et al., 2023). They can also increase the center's reach, by helping it to serve more patients without necessarily expanding its physical footprint. This helps also to improve access to care and promote better health outcomes.Plus, the center can tap into additional resources and funding opportunities via collaborations with local organizations. Together they can address the social determinants of health and thus try to reduce the long-term costs associated with treating chronic conditions (Park et al., 2020). And then the project's emphasis on using evidence-based practices is another way to improve healthcare system cost and quality.Exploring DNP EssentialsWhen discussing the DNP essentials, it should be clear that these are the most important aspects of what it means to be a DNP graduate. These essentials are both guidelines and guiding principles in the professional field of nursing practice. For instance, there is the consideration of the SWOT analysis. This is an assessment of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that gives necessary insights into the project. Using it and reflecting on the challenges faced by the community health center, one can see how issues like funding concerns and staffing shortages affect organizational dynamics.The project also reflects the essence of clinical scholarship.
