...School setting 1. Introduction
The United States Congress has for many years been directly involved in ensuring that the country has a fully equipped standing military force that is capable of dealing with any external or internal threat. One of the ways it does this is to make laws that influence how the different branches of the United States military recruit and retain soldiers. For example, the Congress has the power to set the maximum number of men and women a branch of the military can have. This will have a direct influence on the branch’s recruitment policies (Kapp, 2014; 2012). The Congress can also set compensation levels e.g. separation incentives, educational benefits, recruitment bonuses, retention bonuses, and salary. The Congress can also set the eligibility criteria for recruitment and retention i.e. the qualifications that one must meet to serve in any branch of the United States Armed Forces. Some of the……

...School setting Quality and Sustainability Paper
Introduction
Quality and safety are paramount for patients experiencing illness and seeking treatment. The role of the nurse is complex, requiring effectiveness, efficiency, compassion, and understanding. Some aspects of nursing science involve research and use of evidence-based practice to provide the high quality and safety standards patients deserve. How are quality and safety measures adopted and implemented? This essays aims to look at the role quality and safety play in nursing science using a contemporary example, and seeing how real world strategies aim to test and assess standards of care to deliver the positive health outcomes patients need. By delving into real-world application of quality and safety measures, one can determine the process from cultivation of concepts, implementation, and assessment.

Chemical Use Assessment/History and Treatment Recommendations
Name: Alan
DOB/Age: 42
Dates of Interviews: July 10-15, 2019
Evaluator: X
Reason for Assessment
Alan is addicted to pornography and masturbation and wants to stop looking at pornography while alone. He has been “hooked” since the age of 14 but has never come close to expiring the same feeling he had when he looked at porn for the first time. He wants to stop his addiction because he feels it is hurting his marriage and he does not want to lose his wife, who knows about his one infidelity as well as his addiction and worries that he might stray again. He has already been divorced once and has a son who does not live with him. Clearly he wants to break free of his addiction but does not know how to do it.
