...Diagnosis Abstract
This paper provides an extensive review of literature on deaf students and deafness. The purpose of the literature review is to obtain an understanding of what deafness is, what causes deafness, how it occurs, and what deaf culture is like for deaf people. The review identifies schools and programs that are used to help the deaf community and it also examines the outcomes of deaf students in general education. It discusses whether deaf students are better served in an inclusive environment or whether they are better served in a deaf community based learning environment. It examines the characteristics of hearing loss and how there are different tools and ways to treat hearing loss when it occurs in cases where reversing the hearing loss is possible. In some cases, reversal is not possible but surgical solutions may exist.
Introduction
One of the more remarkable qualities of deaf culture is that……

...Diagnosis Introduction
In the US, healthcare safety isn’t up to the mark, as it ought to be. Figures from a couple of important research works reveal that between 44,000 and 98,000 individuals lose their lives per annum within healthcare settings owing to preventable clinical errors. Even if one uses the lower figure, preventable clinical mistakes within healthcare facilities surpass mortality attributed to feared risks like motor accidents, AIDS and breast cancer. The term ‘clinical error’ may be described as non-completion of an action according to plan or employing the wrong plan for accomplishing an objective. The issues which mostly crop up whilst delivering healthcare services to patients include wrong transfusions, adverse medication related events, operation-related injury, wrong-site operations, mistaking patient identity, suicide, pressure ulcers, restraint-linked loss of life or injury, falls, and burns. Error cases that have the gravest consequences will most probably transpire in ICUs (intensive care units), emergency rooms,……

Abstract
The novel Coronavirus COVID-19 appeared in China in 2019, quickly having a much more serious impact than prior evolutions of the coronavirus. As it began to spread from Wuhan, the district in China where it originated, to other parts of China and to other countries, the world began to realize that the local epidemic could become a pandemic. Efforts to contain the spread were varied and had mixed results, but Coronavirus eventually hit the United States and began to spread locally. In this article, we describe what Coronavirus is, what COVID-19 is, where it originated, where it has spread, transmission rates, mortality, and efforts to contain the spread of the disease. Because this is a constantly evolving situation, this article should be used in conjunction with developing news to fully understand the issue.
