Source: Saunders, K. M., & Golden, N. (2018). Skill or secret? — the line between trade secrets and employee general skills and knowledge. Journal of Law and Business, 15(1), 61-99.
This article primarily focuses on how employees should treat trade secrets legally. The authors argue that as agents or former agents of companies, employees should not disclose trade secrets or any other important confidently information to anyone. Neither should they use it. However, an employee is free to utilize general skills, knowledge, and/ or experience that he or she may have gained on a current or former job without being accused of trade secret misappropriation. This law is related to two legal concepts: employee mobility and protect competition. Nevertheless, the difference between general knowledge and trade secrets is usually not clear. Even the courts in different jurisdictions have not be consistent about what is what between the……

As such, Africa has its mythological leaders and figures, as Prempeh (2007) points out, noting that “the assault on constitutionalism was spearheaded by Africa's larger-than-life founding fathers, leaders like Osagyefo (Victorious Warrior) Kwame Nkrumah (Ghana), Mwalimu (The Teacher) Julius Nyerere (Tanzania), le Grand Silly (Elephant) Sékou Touré (Guinea), Ngwazi (Great Lion) … sick members of the extended family (Ghebregiorgis & Karsten, 2006: 150). This ethos is even captured in the general language of the country’s constitution. It is no surprise to hear any African person abroad mention that he/she sends money back to Africa to support their family. Another ……

...Constitution The Gender Leisure Gap
Porter (2014) points out that there is a leisure imbalance between men and women that indicates the continued inequality between the sexes. However, as Codina and Pestana (2019) note, there are time differences in the way men and women experience leisure and in the way they think about the past, present and future. In other words, women are generally more efficient in the way they use their leisure time than men are, which allows them to be comfortable with less leisure time. Even if they had more time to……
